The main living area is open so whether you're in the kitchen, dining area or living room you always have an ocean view and gentle breezes! There is air conditioning for those days when you need it. A comfy sofa and three soft chairs provide plenty of seating whether you are watching television, reading or just enjoying the view.

Take note of the beautiful hardwoods throughout the home. All of the woodwork, ceilings, cabinets and furniture are custom made locally from Belizean mahogany. Preparing meals is a pleasure. Beautiful granite counter tops and wood cabinets surround all the appliances, large and small, that you find in a full kitchen, including a refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, full oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The bedrooms flank the main living area. The blue master bedroom has a King bed, full bath with tiled shower and plenty of storage for your clothes and personal items. You will sleep well on the comfortable bed. Waking up to a Caribbean sunrise is an experience you don't want to miss! A sliding glass door opens onto the patio and pool area. The master bath has a sink with storage cabinet, toilet and a shower tiled in beautiful blue iridescent tiles. You will feel like you are in the sea when you take a shower!

The second bedroom, painted in a soft shade of green, has a Queen bed and the same layout and storage as the master bedroom It, too, has a full bath with a beautiful tiled shower -- this one in iridescent green like sea glass. A sliding glass door gives you access to the patio and pool area. The sounds of the sea and soft breezes will lull you to sleep. Both bedrooms have air conditioning so you will be cool and comfortable no matter what the temperature. For your convenience, there is a washer and a dryer in a closet hidden by louvered doors, just off the kitchen area.

Relax in the pool with your favorite beverage while gazing at the incredible view! Please note that the pool is 4 ft deep with no shallow end. Shallow steps allow for a gentle entry in the pool. An outdoor shower is steps away from the pool for a refreshing bathe before or after your pool or beach time. Swimming in the sea, or just relaxing on the sand, your own spot on the beach awaits you! Your cares will melt away in no time, swept away by the balmy ocean breezes and the gentle sound of the ocean.
